Why Can't Subscriptions be Transferred Directly?

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store are managed separately by Apple and Google. Unfortunately, this means that subscriptions cannot be directly transferred from an Apple ID to a Google account.

You may be eligible for a refund for the remaining duration of your subscription from Apple. Here’s how to request a refund:

2. Resubscribe on Your Android Device

Once you have secured a refund from Apple, you can subscribe to our app on your Android device through the Google Play Store. This will ensure you have uninterrupted access to all the benefits and features of our app.
